Thomaston Boat & Engine Works, Inc. is a factory authorized “Full Line” Volvo Penta diesel engine service dealer for the mid coast area offering sales, service and warranty on the new Volvo Penta computerized marine diesel engines. We are also an authorized dealer for Perkins and Lugger engines and Northern Lights generators . Thomaston Boat and Engine Works, Inc. has a complete parts department of all the fast moving everyday parts a person could need for their Volvo Penta Diesel engine. Additionally, service and parts are available for Detroit Diesel Engines, most four cycle diesel engines and generator sets up to 100kW. Thomaston Boat & Engine Works, Inc. has both a land based location as well as a mobile service available to its customers. Ricci also provides expert re-powered services from 10hp to 1260hp on vessels up to 120 feet in length. Ricci is factory trained on numerous diesel engines and is a current member of the Penobscot Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.
